Simple 4 Step Approval Process

1.Apply for the Loan

Applying is easy. (About 10 min.) You can click apply now and simply enter basic information about your income/assets as well as the property if you already have it.  Or, you can always call and speak to a live human to get all the information.

2. Get Pre-Approved

Next, we will take all of your information and quickly determine if you are pre-approved.  At this point you will be able to compare different loan programs, rates and terms.

3.Submit Documentation

Once we have you pre-approved, we will give you a list of documentation that we need such as bank statements, W2’s etc.  You will be able to submit those either as paper or you can securely upload electronic copies.

4. Sign and Close

Sign and Close

Once we have all of your documentation, we will get the appraisal completed and get your file underwritten.  This process usually takes about 23 days on average after you sign the loan estimate. (Sometimes, depending on the program, it might take a little bit longer) Next you will be officially cleared to close, we will schedule a time and see you at the closing table.
